Subscription fees for this service are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period. Payment and billing processing is handled by Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record.

1. Refunds on Initial Purchases

For initial purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund eligibility and processing are determined at our discretion and in accordance with Stripe's policies.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. As a general rule, charges for renewal periods are non-refundable. You can prevent future charges by canceling your subscription before the next billing date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, processing may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
